Art never fails to amaze one's vision. What seemed to be unreal to the eyes are actually existing once a very good artist does the job. In this digital age, it is even harder to determine when a photograph of an artwork is actually Photoshopped or not. Sometimes, it takes another Photoshop expert to discern whether an image is genuine.
Now try to look at this video of 3D street art. Try imagining yourself looking at the photo of the final product without putting into your mind the process that it took to create it. What do you see? What will you do? Personally, when I first saw a similar picture showing a small German town apparently being eaten by a volcano, I kinda freaked out until I realized that it was only street art. Whew.
The paintings were created by a German artist named Edgar Mueller who, starting the age of 25, has decided to devote his life and his talents to 3D street art. It is pretty unusual to have that kind of talent and dedication to make you last for nearly a week, trying to make a street change its look into something very un-cosmopolitan. Good thing it's cold up there in Europe, where he decided to make those tours, painting the streets.
Sorry, folks, but this is the kind of art that you cannot just instruct other people to do using a web article like this. It takes years upon years of training to master this kind of art and a lot of dedication, too.
I just wonder what Mueller plans to do whenever, say, rain falls down and washes off the paint? Well, according to this FAQ page, he just leaves and paint a new picture tomorrow. All street painters do that, according to him. Even the smallest of drop of rain can ruin the entire picture. Now that is dedication brought to an entirely new level.
