Want to make a cute, and cheap, Halloween ornament? You can use something as simple as colored bandanas to make cute little ghosts and hang them in your trees for a delightful spooky look. Here are the materials needed:
- Colored bandana
- String
- 2 chenille stems
- Tacky glue
- Orange yarn
- Scraps of black felt or fun foam
- Two 4 mm movable eyes
Instructions: Bunch sheet of any kind of paper into ball and place in the middle of the bandana. Tie with string to make the head.
Twist 2 chenille stems together and bend in middle. Insert about 1" into the inside of ghost head where it is tied with string. Apply small amount of glue and let dry. Bend chenille stems out to form arm shapes.
Knot yarn at one end several times. Glue to top of head; let dry.

That is all there is to it. Now hang them from the trees next to your walkway and you have a very spooky decoration.
