When did you start your website and why?

Website was started on May 1st 2007 with a view to turning what was a hobby into a home business.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

The website simply provides an online option to sales of my handcrafted walking sticks and hiking staffs. This is to supplement my 'live' selling at fairs, festivals and shows.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Getting potential customers to visit the site.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Setting up the domain name and hosting was surprisingly easy.

Who maintains your website and why?

I maintain the website myself because I can't afford to pay anyone else to do it, and plus, it is the only way to learn.
