Online Stamping Community

By Website Introductions at 07/12/08 11:38
A hobby such as stamping is, indeed, fun, but it can be lonely when you are doing the same thing alone. It would be nicer if you get to talk about your hobby with someone who enjoys it as much you do.

That is why, for stampers, you have online communities like Split Coast Stampers, your daily source of stamping tips, tricks, and friends.

Fiddler Crab Origami

By Website Introductions at 07/07/08 14:09
And I thought it's all just about airplanes and sail boats.

Origami can really be a complicated art that requires a lot of thinking and creativity. Just take, for instance, this fiddler crab origami model. The interesting thing about it is that it is just made out of one piece of paper!

Warning, though. It takes more than half an hour to create it.

How to Make Macrame Bracelets

By Website Introductions at 07/04/08 10:46
Let's go back in time and resurrect that piece of art that was gone--macrane bracelets! These bracelets made out of hemp, as the author of the following post puts it, looks so earthy.

Perhaps you do now know how to create these bracelets anymore since they were long gone, so here are some instructions from that website for mothers and fathers--Family Fun.

Hole Punches are Great For Crafts, Not Kids!

By Denise Carll at 07/03/08 10:58
I just love using the paper punches for scrapbooking and other crafts. I like to take glittery paper and punch out the little shapes to decorate christmas ornaments and cards. But, I found out that kids crafts and these hole punches do not mix.

I had told my sister a while back that I would babysit her daughter for a while. She is five years old so I figured that she would be old enough to decorate some ornaments for their christmas tree. I had all of the supplies out and ready for her when she got there.

Recycled Art

By Website Introductions at 07/01/08 20:48
This is probably something you have heard of a lot of times now, but you can really do a lot of things that you normally throw away, like paper bags, cans, and bottles. You can always create art crafts with these pieces of junk material. It's all a matter of creativity and dedication.
