Please give us a short summary of your website?

This webseite provides some idea of the young professional photographer fabian henzmann, who presents his photoart to the public using this site.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

As I became a professional photographer 2 years ago, i had to start a commercial website for my business - there it is.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Ouh, that's quite some time know. I remember having done some webprojects in the late 90ies about some Music Artist and a record label.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It need to be some kind of an inspiring, easy to remember name or url. what's better for photo art than having the domain photoart.ch ?

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Were'r a youn professional team, knowing the influences of modern time. We were grewing up with new technologies and have made digital post production since it's begining. We also have a real sensitive feeling about what your customer expect and what kind of emotion are best to be banned on bits and bytes.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

As business more and more goes online, especially the PR-Part, a well designed webpage is a must have !

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Since we have customised the page our selves, we realy get the best out of our website and runing business without it wouldn't be by far as successfully.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would produce some kind of a cyberpsychedelic reallity, people would get lost in it and never would find out, an modern kind of a shamanic timetravel *smile*.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We are allready planing on a model portal that is able to manage as many model and promoter as there are interested in. The most programming stuff is allready done. Look out for it !

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Having a concept that realy work out from the begining. It took us quite some time to do so.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting a good raking and having all the nice dynamic content stuff running.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

a good google ranking in combination with some ad word placement.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Runns better than expected - having a lot of fun with it.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

It's been online since almost 3 years, and will stay online to the end of day's !

What is your website address?
