It looks like we'll be concentrating more on quilling here in the Arts and Crafts blog, especially beginners.
Quilling is a fun hobby, as I've said before, when you know how to do it. And that's why I am posting websites that may be of some help to your quilling education. Here's some guidelines about tools and techniques that every beginning quill maker should remember.
