Name of your website?

ZenZen Art

Your name?

Natasha Z

Your Location (city, etc)

London

Please give us a short summary of your website?

ZenZen Art's artists paint both reproduction oil paintings and portraits from our customers' own photos. Our range of reproduction oil paintings cover a wide range of styles and themes from abstracts and modern art to traditional art. Our customers can transform any photograph into a hand painted masterpiece. The possibilities are endless: combine photos, change backgrounds - our artists create a truly unique work of art.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Having run a successful local art gallery in London, we decided that we wanted to be able to offer our oil paintings to customers on a worldwide basis.

When did you launch your website?

ZenZenArt.com was launched in 2003. We are proud to say that the quality of both our oil paintings and customer service has led to worldwide sales to thousands of satisfied customers ranging from individuals to businesses.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name ZenZen Art comes from Japanese slang meaning "absolutely art".

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It is the quality of the oil paintings that our artists create for our customers in combination with the care we place in our customer service that separates us from our competitors. We take no short cuts in ensuring that each of our customers are delighted with the paintings that they purchase and the service that they receive from us.

Each of our oil paintings are not only painted by some of the most talented artists in the business, they must also pass our quality control process which includes approval by:

* the master artist heading the studio; and * you - if you commission an oil painting from a photograph, your painting will be sent to you for approval and will only be considered finished when you have confirmed that you are happy with it.

What is your goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our goal is to ensure that our oil paintings hang on the walls of as many homes and offices as possible.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We have received a wonderful response to our oil paintings from the public and as a result our investment of both time and money have been well rewarded.

What is your website address?
