Oftentimes, pictures, papers, and other times are put up in bulletin boards by pinning them with a thumb tack. Now, let's put up something new to the bulletin board concept by changing the manner with which we put up our papers.

Why not, rubber bands? Yes, instead of thumb tacks, we may hold the pictures in a series of rubber bands that won't likely damage our papers and pictures. Here's a guide to doing one.
