In the past few weeks, I have shown you the many that you can do out of your spare rubber bands--from picture frames to toys, from reminder boards to anything that is possible. Today, we will make scrapbooks out of some pieces of paper and rubber bands. As you can see, everything is possible with a little creativity and help from your friends and family.
