What inspired you to launch your own website?
Firstly created by Yongfook, he had no time to work on it so I took over.

Since 2005, revamped in 2008.

Yongfook did it
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Smaller sketch pad to allow for more detailed work, easy to use and simple.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To continue running the site and showcasing artwork
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I love art, so seeing people's work is the success.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would develop the site to improve the handling and coding.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
By employing people, but the site at the moment runs itself.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
With Untitled sketches and unknown users, there was about 20k of these images!
What has been your biggest challenge?
Learning Yongfook's code.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Improving the SEO and creating RSS feeds.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Not really, been doing it since 2000.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
