It is a little bit late for this blog post, but you can still make some make use for it. If you are having a tight budget and your kids are already getting bored with their winter breaks, it is time for them to engage in low- or no-cost activities especially initiated by libraries in your area.
Among those activities are film showings and, yes, craft-making sessions.
