Hand and custom-painted products. All items can be customized and personalized to make great gifts or unique home decor. Items range from refrigerator magnets to custom-painted metal ceilings. Some of our items has been made just for LSC Creations, so you won't find them elsewhere on the web.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To showcase and sell my hand-painted items beyond my area.

In 2005 I started my current site LSC Creations
How did you decide on a name for your website?
A few different reasons.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
My items are all hand and custom-painted so they can be customized and personalized. Some products are made just for LSC Creations so you won't find them in other shops or stores. My pieces are all signed, numbered and dated, for a true one-of-a-kind work of art.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Could be better.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Get something different then Oscommerce for a shopping cart. Add maybe a blog and do more updating. I could think of a lot more but space here is limited.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
It would mainly depend on what people would buy. If I received orders for a lot of custom-painted metal ceilings, it could be a strain.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Landmark Merchant Solutions and their deceptive practices.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting my site listed better on the search engines. Also various problems with a hosting company.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?
A lot more work.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Don't know. Will have to take in different factors at that time.
Why am I doing this?
Like everyone else trying to get their site in better standing. Also to let people know that I'm out there.
